Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship all over Italy via BRT courier.

Free shipping for orders over €54.90. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is €5.90.

Estimated delivery times are 24/48 working hours from shipment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the delivery on the BRT website.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at simone.macaluskincare@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Products must be returned intact, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of used products for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue a refund within 14 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Thank You Card discount code

Did you receive a Thank You Card with a discount code in your Macalù package? Here's how it works: the code gives you a 10% discount on your next order starting from €30. It is valid for a single use per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
